If you're driving from the center of Suruga, head northwest on Route 1 towards Ashikaga. Continue on Route 1 for about 15 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes). Once you reach the city of Ashikaga, follow the signs to Matsudacho. Turn onto Matsudacho and continue for about 1 kilometer. The Nagusa Itsukushima Shrine will be on your right at 4990 Matsudacho, Ashikaga, Tochigi 326-0101. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from Suruga Station to Ashikaga Station. Look for the local trains on the Tōbu Isesaki Line, which typically run every 30 minutes. The journey will take about 30 minutes and cost around 500 yen. Once you arrive at Ashikaga Station, exit the station and take bus number 5 towards Matsudacho. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately 250 yen. Get off at the Matsudacho stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Nagusa Itsukushima Shrine located at 4990 Matsudacho.
