If you are starting from Shinjuku Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Shibuya. The ride will take approximately 7 minutes. Once you arrive at Shibuya Station, use the Hachiko Exit (the most famous exit). After exiting, you will see the iconic Hachiko statue directly in front of you.

From the Hachiko statue, head towards the Shibuya Crossing. Cross the street towards the Magnet by Shibuya 109 building. Once you are at Magnet, walk down the street (Udagawacho) that runs alongside it. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. You will reach a building called Hōraiya Building (蓬莱屋ビル). Maidreamin Shibuya Store is located in the basement level (B1) of this building.
