From Meiji-Jingumae Station, walk towards Harajuku Station and follow the walking directions. Subway fare is approximately ¥180-¥220.

Hail a taxi from anywhere in Tokyo. Inform the driver to take you to 'Yoyogi Park Clock Tower' in Shibuya. Expect to pay around ¥1,500 to ¥3,000 from central Tokyo. The taxi will drop you off at the nearest park entrance, from where you can walk to the Clock Tower.
