From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Ueno. It’s a direct route, and the journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at Ueno Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Park Exit and head towards Ueno Park.

If you are near Shinjuku, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (red line) towards Ikebukuro. Transfer at Shinjuku-sanchome Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (light blue line) towards Asakusa. Get off at Ueno Station, then follow the signs to the Park Exit and walk towards Ueno Park.
