Getting There

• By Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Fujiyoshida City in Yamanashi Prefecture. From central Yamanashi, take the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) and exit at the Fujiyoshida Interchange. Follow the signs for Fuji-Q Highland, which is located at 5 Chome-6-1 Shinnishihara, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0017. The drive should take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. There is parking available at the park, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 1,000 yen for the day.

• By Public Transportation

  To reach Fuji-Q Highland using public transportation, take a train to Otsuki Station (大月駅) on the JR Chuo Line. From Otsuki Station, transfer to the Fujikyu Railway (富士急行) and take the Fujisan Limited Express (富士山特急) to Fujikyu-Highland Station (富士急ハイランド駅). The total travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at Fujikyu-Highland Station, the park is just a short walk away, clearly signposted. A one-way train ticket from Otsuki to Fujikyu-Highland typically costs around 1,140 yen, so plan for round trip costs.

• Shuttle Bus

  During peak seasons, there may also be shuttle buses available from major train stations such as Shinjuku Station to Fuji-Q Highland. Check the schedule in advance as these services are not available year-round. The shuttle bus usually takes about 2 to 2.5 hours and costs approximately 2,000 yen one way.
