Begin your journey at the center of Gorey, near the Gorey Harbour. From the harbor, head east along the main road, which is called Gorey Village Main Road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Gouray Village Main Road. You will see signs directing you towards Gorey Common. Once you reach Gouray Village Main Road, turn left and continue walking for another 5 minutes. Gorey Common will be on your right, just past the residential buildings.

If you are starting from Gorey Castle, exit the castle grounds and walk down towards the main road. Turn right onto Gorey Village Main Road and head south for approximately 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for the turn onto Gouray Village Main Road. When you reach the junction, turn right and walk for about 5 minutes. Gorey Common will be on your right side, easily recognizable by its green spaces and trees.
