Walking
From La Corbiere Lighthouse, head east along the coastal path. Follow the path that runs alongside the sea. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers (about 20-25 minutes) until you reach the WWII German Gun Battery. You will see the remains of the battery situated on the cliff edge with stunning views of the surrounding area.
Driving
If you prefer to drive, exit La Corbiere Lighthouse and head northeast on La Route de la Corbiere. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Turn right onto La Route des Quennevais and follow the road until it becomes La Route de la Batterie. Look for parking areas nearby, as there may not be dedicated parking directly at the site. The walk from the parking area to the gun battery will take around 10 minutes.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take bus number 15 from St. Helier towards La Corbiere. Disembark at the La Corbiere Lighthouse stop. From there, follow the walking instructions provided above to reach the WWII German Gun Battery. The bus fare will cost approximately £2.50 for a single trip.
