From Les Dirouilles, head south on Rue de la Corbière. Continue until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Route de la Libération. Follow this road until it merges onto Route de St. Aubin. Keep straight, passing through a couple of roundabouts. After about 3 miles, you will enter St. Helier. Look for signs for Fort Regent; you will turn left onto Mont de la Ville. The Fort Regent Leisure Centre will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
