Car
From Saint Brélade, start by heading northeast on Route de la Liberation (A1) toward St. Helier. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the A2. Take the second exit onto the A2, which is signposted for Gorey. Stay on the A2 for about 2 miles, and then turn left onto Rue de la Corbière. Follow this road until you see signs for Mont Orgueil Castle. The castle will be on your right. There is a parking area nearby, which may incur a fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Mont Orgueil Castle from Saint Brélade using public transport, take the Liberation Bus (number 1 or 15) from Saint Brélade to St. Helier. At St. Helier, transfer to the number 4 bus towards Gorey. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Gorey' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Mont Orgueil Castle. Head east along the waterfront, and follow the signs to the castle. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
Walking
If you enjoy walking and are staying near the coast, you can take a scenic route. Start from Saint Brélade Bay, head northeast along the coastal path toward St. Helier. After about 2.5 miles, you will reach St. Helier. From there, continue along the waterfront towards Gorey. The total walk to Mont Orgueil Castle is approximately 5 miles and should take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and check the weather before you set out.
