Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head west on La Rue de la Mare towards La Route de la Haule. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach St. Helier. When you arrive in St. Helier, follow signs for St Aubin's Bay. Once you reach the bay, you will find parking options nearby, such as the Public Parking at St. Aubin's Bay. Be aware that parking may incur a fee, typically around £1-£2 per hour.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transport, catch the bus from any bus stop in Saint Clément that is served by the local bus service. You will want to take the bus number 1, 2, or 3, which travels directly to St. Helier. The bus journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at St. Helier, disembark at the bus station. From there, walk towards St Aubin's Bay, which is about a 10-minute walk. Look for signs directing you towards Elizabeth Castle.

• Foot

  After arriving at St Aubin's Bay, you will need to reach Elizabeth Castle, which is located on an island accessible by a causeway during low tide or by a ferry during high tide. Check the tide times before you go. If the tide is out, walk along the causeway to reach the castle. If the tide is in, you will need to purchase a ferry ticket from the boat operator, which costs around £7 for adults and £4 for children. The ferry ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
