Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Saint John, head south on La Rue des Marais towards La Rue de la Ville. Turn left onto La Rue des Marais and follow it for about 1.5 miles until you reach the junction with La Route de St. Aubin. Turn right onto La Route de St. Aubin, and continue straight for approximately 3 miles. You will pass through several roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto La Route de la Liberation. Continue onto Val Plaisant, and St Thomas' Church will be on your left. There is free parking available on the street near the church.

• Public Transportation

  To reach St Thomas' Church using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop to your location in Saint John. Look for the bus number 3, which travels towards St Helier. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop named 'Val Plaisant'. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down Val Plaisant, and you will see St Thomas' Church on your right. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for any potential fares, which typically range from £1.50 to £2.50 per journey.

• Walking

  If you’re close enough and prefer to walk, from the center of Saint John, head south on La Rue des Marais, which will lead you directly towards St Helier. Follow the path for about 1.5 miles. Once you reach La Route de St. Aubin, turn right and continue walking straight for another mile. As you approach the roundabouts, keep an eye out for Val Plaisant on your left. St Thomas' Church will be visible as you get closer, right on Val Plaisant. The entire walk should take you around 30 to 40 minutes.
