Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by heading southwest on La Grande Route de Saint Saviour (B28). Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, take a left onto Rue de la Ville Écrite. Follow this road for about 0.3 miles and then turn right onto Le Chemin de Noirmont. Continue on Le Chemin de Noirmont for approximately 0.5 miles, and you will find Battery Lothringen on your right. There is usually street parking available nearby.

• Bus

  For those using public transportation, you can take bus number 5 from the Saint Saviour bus station. The bus runs every 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of day. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop labeled 'Noirmont'. From the bus stop, walk along Le Chemin de Noirmont for around 0.3 miles heading toward the coast, and you will arrive at Battery Lothringen. A single bus fare is approximately £2.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start at the nearest bus stop in Saint Saviour and follow the route from the bus directions. Alternatively, if you are already in the vicinity, head southwest on La Grande Route de Saint Saviour (B28) and follow the same directions as for driving until you reach Battery Lothringen. This walk will take about 30 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
