Getting There

Walking
From the center of St. Ouen, head southeast on Route de la Poste toward La Rue de la Mare. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route de St. Ouen. Turn left onto Route de St. Ouen and follow it until you reach the coast at St. Aubin's Bay. Once you reach the bay, walk along the coastal path toward St. Helier. Keep walking until you see signs for Elizabeth Castle, which is located on a small island just offshore. You can either take the ferry from the harbor or, during low tide, walk across the causeway to reach the castle.

Begin your journey at St. Ouen by walking to the nearest bus stop on Route de St. Ouen. Take bus number 12 toward St. Helier. The bus will take you along the coast and provide scenic views. Get off at the stop named 'Liberation Station' in St. Helier. From there, walk toward St. Aubin's Bay, where you will find the ferry terminal. Board the ferry that goes to Elizabeth Castle, which will take you directly to the castle.
