From St. Ouen, you can take the local bus service (Bus Number 12) that runs towards St. Helier. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Les Mouriers stop. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the coastal path, which leads you directly to the waterfall.
