From Trinity, head south on Rue du Croquet towards Rue de la Croix Blanche. Turn left onto Rue de la Croix Blanche and continue straight. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Rue du Mont Mado. Continue on this road until you reach the coast. From there, you can take a ferry to Jersey.
