By Car
From Amman, take the Desert Highway south towards Aqaba. After approximately 3 hours of driving, you will reach the town of Wadi Rum. From here, follow signs towards the Wadi Rum Protected Area entrance. There is a visitor center where you can pay the entrance fee and arrange for a local guide to take you into the protected area.
