Start your journey from the center of Azraq, near the Azraq Castle. Head east towards the main road (Highway 30). Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk along the road for approximately 3 kilometers until you see a sign for Qasr Al-Harranah. Follow the signs as they guide you towards the site, which is about 15 kilometers from Azraq. The walk may take around 3 to 4 hours depending on your pace.

If you have access to a bicycle, begin at the Azraq Castle. Cycle east along the main road (Highway 30) for about 15 kilometers. The route is fairly straightforward and will take you approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your cycling speed. Keep an eye out for directional signs that lead to Qasr Al-Harranah.

From the center of Azraq, locate the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take a local bus heading towards Amman that passes through Qasr Al-Harranah. Inform the driver of your destination, as they will know where to drop you off. The bus ride should take around 30 to 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the historical site.
