From the center of Azraq, head south on the main street towards the bus station. As you approach the station, look for signs indicating the direction towards Qasr Tuba. Keep heading southeast until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left and continue straight for about 5 km. You'll eventually see the ruins of Qasr Tuba in the distance.
