If you are driving from the center of Balqa Highlands, take the main road towards Wadi Musa. Follow the signs for Petra, which is approximately a 2-hour drive. Once you approach Wadi Musa, look for signs leading to The Treasury. You can park at designated parking areas near the visitor center for a fee of around 5 JOD. After parking, it's a short walk to the entrance of Petra, where you will need to purchase a ticket (around 50 JOD for a one-day visit) to access The Treasury.

Public Transportation

To reach The Treasury via public transportation, start by taking a bus from any main bus station in Balqa Highlands to Wadi Musa. The bus ride typically costs around 10 JOD and takes about 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Wadi Musa, you can walk to the Petra visitor center, which is clearly marked. The entrance fee to Petra is approximately 50 JOD for a single day. From the visitor center, follow the path leading into Petra, which will eventually lead you to The Treasury.
