Once you arrive at the central bus station in Jerusalem, exit the bus and follow the signs to Alfasi St. Walk north on Jaffa Street towards the intersection with King George Street. Turn left onto King George and continue until you reach the intersection with Alfasi Street. Turn right onto Alfasi Street, and your destination, Hands on Israel Tours, will be on your left at number 29.
