Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the center of Madaba, head north on King Abdullah Street towards the Madaba Archaeological Park. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Desert Highway (Highway 35). At this intersection, turn left onto the Desert Highway and walk for approximately 4 kilometers. You will see signs for Amman. Continue walking until you reach the bus station in Madaba, where you can catch a local bus heading to Amman. The bus will take you directly to the Al Abdali area of Amman. Disembark at the Al Abdali bus stop and then walk about 1 kilometer to Al-Farazdaq Street. The Jordan Heritage Gallery is located at Al-Farazdaq St. 11, which will be on your right.

From Madaba, head to the main bus station located near the city center. There you will find buses heading to Amman. Take any bus marked for Amman and let the driver know you want to get off at Al Abdali. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Al Abdali area, walk towards Al-Farazdaq Street, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. The Jordan Heritage Gallery is located at Al-Farazdaq St. 11, which will be on your right.
