From the entrance, head east on King Abdullah II Street towards the Madaba Museum for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Prince Mohammed Street. At this intersection, turn left onto Prince Mohammed Street and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward the outskirts of the city. As you approach the outskirts, you will notice a sign for Secret Cave. Follow the signs, which will lead you to a trailhead. The trail to the Secret Cave is well-marked and takes about 15-20 minutes to hike up the hill, ensuring you enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

If you are starting from the Madaba Mosaic Map at St. George's Church, exit the church grounds and head southeast on King Abdullah II Street. Walk for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Prince Mohammed Street. Turn right onto Prince Mohammed Street and continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers. As you approach the outskirts of Madaba, look out for the sign directing you to Secret Cave. Follow this sign onto the trail leading to the cave. The hike will take about 15-20 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
