If you are traveling by car, start from any point in the Southern Jordan Valley. Drive towards the city of Karak. From Karak, take the road heading to the Dana Biosphere Reserve. Follow the signs to Dana, which is approximately 30 kilometers from Karak. Once you get to Dana, you will find the entrance to the Wadi Dana trail area, located at MJH2+64, Dana. Make sure to park your car in the designated area and prepare for your hike.

To reach Wadi Dana by public transport, you can take a bus from the main bus station in the Southern Jordan Valley to Karak. Buses frequently depart, and the journey should take about 1-2 hours depending on traffic. Once in Karak, you may need to hire a taxi to take you to Dana, as public transport to Dana is limited. The taxi ride from Karak to Dana will cost around 15-20 JOD and takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Dana, follow the signs to the Wadi Dana trail which is located at MJH2+64, Dana.
