From the center of Umm Qais, head south towards the main road. Walk along the road until you reach the bus stop near the entrance of the Umm Qais Archaeological Park. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection near the local grocery store. Turn right at the intersection and follow the road signs indicating Kafr Kanna. After approximately 10 more minutes of walking, you'll see the Cana Catholic Wedding Church on your left side.

From Umm Qais, locate the nearby bus stop that services Kafr Kanna. Take a bus heading towards Kafr Kanna. The ride should take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kafr Kanna, disembark at the main square. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk. Head northeast along the main road, and the Cana Catholic Wedding Church will be on your right.
