Walking
From the center of Umm Qais, head south towards the Umm Qais Archaeological Park. You will find signs directing you to the park. Once inside the park, you can enjoy the views and explore the ruins. After visiting the park, exit and head towards the main road (Road 35). Walk east along the road for about 2 km until you reach the junction with Road 53. Turn left onto Road 53 and continue for approximately 10 km. You will see signs directing you towards Nazareth. Upon reaching Nazareth, follow local signs to Nazareth Saint Joseph Abbaye, located at 6153 St 53. The abbey is situated on higher ground, so be prepared for an uphill walk towards the final destination.

From Umm Qais, take a local bus or shared taxi towards Irbid. Get off at the Irbid bus station and transfer to a bus heading towards Nazareth. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Nazareth, ask locals for directions to Nazareth Saint Joseph Abbaye, located at 6153 St 53. The abbey is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Head southwest on St 53, and you will find the abbey on your left.
