Getting There

Walking
If you are in Wadi Rum Village, start by heading towards the main road leading to the Wadi Rum Protected Area entrance. Follow the signs towards the entrance, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the village. Once you reach the entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee to enter the protected area. After entering, continue straight on the main road for about 6 kilometers. You will see signs for Wadi Rum Safari Camp. Look for the camp, which is situated on the right side of the road.

Camel Ride
For a more traditional experience, you can hire a camel from one of the local camel guides in Wadi Rum Village. Once you find a guide, inform them you would like to go to Wadi Rum Safari Camp. The ride will take you through the stunning desert landscape. The camp is approximately 7 kilometers from the village, and the ride will take about 1-2 hours, depending on the pace of the camel. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, and your guide will take you directly to the camp entrance.

4x4 Jeep Tour
You can also book a 4x4 Jeep tour from Wadi Rum Village. Many local tour operators offer this service. Once you have booked your tour, the driver will pick you up from your location in the village. The Jeep ride to Wadi Rum Safari Camp takes about 30 minutes. Enjoy the thrilling ride through the desert as the driver navigates the rough terrain. The camp is located in the Wadi Rum Protected Area, and your driver will ensure you arrive safely at the camp.
