If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Central Plains and head north on Main Street. Continue on Main Street for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with US-77. Turn left onto US-77 and follow it for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward Junction City and merge onto I-70 E. Continue on I-70 E for about 5 miles and exit at Junction City (Exit 295). After the exit, turn left onto US-40 E and then make another left onto N Spring Valley Rd. Follow N Spring Valley Rd for about 2 miles and you will find Spring Valley Historic Site on your right at 816 N Spring Valley Rd, Junction City, KS 66441. There's parking available on-site.
