Public Transit (Bus)
From downtown Kansas City, you can take the KCATA bus route 101 heading north. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop in downtown. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 12th St & Fairfax Trafficway. Once you disembark, walk north along Fairfax Trafficway for about 0.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to Kaw Point Park on your right.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations throughout Kansas City. Start at the River Market area and take the riverside trail heading north along the Missouri River. Continue on the trail for about 2 miles until you reach Kaw Point Park. The park entrance will be on your left as you approach the intersection with Fairfax Trafficway.
