Car
From the main parking area of Konza Prairie Biological Station, head southeast on Konza Prairie Lane. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Kansas Highway 177 (K-177). Continue on K-177 for approximately 3 miles until you reach Campus Creek Road. Turn left onto Campus Creek Road. The Quinlan Natural Area will be on your left after about 1 mile. There is no entrance fee for the area, but parking may be limited.

If you do not have access to a car, check for local bus services that operate in Manhattan, Kansas. You would need to take a bus to the nearest stop along K-177. Once you are dropped off, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile south along Campus Creek Road to reach the Quinlan Natural Area. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as services may not run frequently.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Manhattan. Start from the center of Manhattan and ride east on Poyntz Avenue, which will lead you toward K-177.
