From downtown Lawrence, walk to the nearest bus stop at 9th and Massachusetts St. Board the Lawrence Transit bus Number 11 heading towards the Lawrence Public Library. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for 23rd and Massachusetts St. Transfer to bus Number 10 towards Haskell and get off at the stop for 23rd and Haskell. Finally, transfer to the Metro bus Number 43, which will take you directly to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in downtown Lawrence. Start by heading east on Massachusetts St, then turn left onto 23rd St. Follow 23rd St for about 1.5 miles until you reach Haskell Ave. Turn right onto Haskell Ave and continue for 0.5 miles. Finally, follow the signs to the Museum of Fine Arts, which will be on your left at 465 Huntington Ave.
Walking
For a scenic walk, start at the Lawrence Public Library located at 707 Vermont St. Head south on Vermont St for 3 blocks until you reach 9th St. Turn right on 9th St and walk towards Massachusetts St. Turn left onto Massachusetts St and continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach 23rd St. Cross over to Haskell Ave and follow it north for about 0.8 miles until you arrive at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
