Walking
If you are starting from downtown Lawrence, head east on Massachusetts Street towards 9th Street. Continue straight until you reach 9th Street, then turn right. Walk down 9th Street until you reach the intersection with New Hampshire Street, and turn left there. Continue on New Hampshire Street until you reach 6th Street. At this point, you can catch a bus at the Lawrence Transit bus stop on 6th Street, which will take you to the Lawrence bus station. From there, take a Greyhound or other intercity bus to Boston, Massachusetts.

Public Transit
From the Lawrence Public Library, take the bus number 11 towards the Lawrence Bus Station. Once you arrive at the Lawrence Bus Station, transfer to a Greyhound bus heading to Boston. The bus will take you directly to Boston, where you will need to make your way to 103 Atlantic Ave. From the bus terminal in Boston, you can use the subway (Blue Line) and get off at the Aquarium station. Exit the station and walk south on Atlantic Ave; Urban AdvenTours will be on your left.
