Start from downtown Manhattan. Head east on Poyntz Avenue towards 3rd Street. Continue straight to merge onto Kansas Highway 18. Ride on the bike path along the highway for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach Pillsbury Crossing Lane. Turn right onto Pillsbury Crossing Lane and follow it until you see the entrance to Pillsbury Crossing Wildlife Area.

Begin at City Park in downtown Manhattan. Head east on Anderson Avenue and cross the bridge. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pillsbury Crossing Lane. Turn left and walk straight on Pillsbury Crossing Lane for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at the Pillsbury Crossing Wildlife Area entrance.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Kansas State University campus, take the Riley County Transit bus route 7 towards the Manhattan Town Center. Get off at the stop near 6th and Leavenworth. Walk east on Leavenworth St until you reach the intersection with Pillsbury Crossing Lane. From there, continue walking straight for about 1 mile until you reach the Pillsbury Crossing Wildlife Area entrance.
