Car
From Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, take US-50 E towards Emporia. After approximately 40 miles, merge onto I-70 W. Continue on I-70 W for about 25 miles. Take exit 328 for US-24 W towards Wamego. Follow US-24 W for about 15 miles until you reach Wamego. Once in Wamego, turn left onto Road to Oz Highway. The OZ Museum will be on your right at 511 Road to Oz Highway, Wamego, KS 66547.

To reach the OZ Museum using public transportation, first take a taxi or rideshare service from Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve to the nearest bus station in Emporia (cost varies depending on the service). From there, take the Greyhound or local bus to Wamego. Once in Wamego, you can either walk (approximately 1 mile) or call a local taxi service to take you to the OZ Museum at 511 Road to Oz Highway.
