Turn left (north) onto Highway 281 and continue for about 3 miles. Once you reach the city of Russell, turn right onto 8th Street. Follow 8th Street for a few blocks until it becomes Main Street. Continue on Main Street for about a mile, and the Deines Cultural Center will be on your left at 820 N Main St, Russell, KS 67665.
