To reach Civil War Fort!!!! located at 1250 Ford Hampton Rd, Winchester, KY 40391, start by getting onto I-64 E from your location in the Bluegrass Region. If you're coming from Lexington, take Newtown Pike North until you reach I-64 E. Follow I-64 E for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 94 for US-60 E toward Winchester. After exiting, turn right onto US-60 E. Continue on US-60 E for about 6 miles until you reach Main St in Winchester. Turn left onto Main St, then right onto Ford Hampton Rd. The fort will be on your right after approximately 1 mile. Parking is available on-site for free.

Once you arrive in Winchester, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Civil War Fort!!!!, as there are no direct public transit routes to the fort. The taxi ride from the bus station to the fort should take about 15 minutes and will cost approximately $10-15.
