Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes, and get off at the 5th Street and Vine Street stop in Cincinnati. From there, walk east on 5th Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach Plum Street. Turn left onto Plum Street, and you will find Isaac M. Wise Temple at 720 Plum St.
