  From Fort Thomas, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take the TANK bus route 33 towards Cincinnati. Get on the bus at the stop located at the intersection of Fort Thomas Avenue and Highland Avenue. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes, and get off at the 5th Street and Vine Street stop in Cincinnati. From there, walk east on 5th Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach Plum Street. Turn left onto Plum Street, and you will find Isaac M. Wise Temple at 720 Plum St.

  If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services in Fort Thomas. Start at the Fort Thomas Plaza area and head south on Fort Thomas Avenue. Continue onto Alexandria Pike (US-27) southbound. Follow the bike lanes for about 2.5 miles until you reach 6th Street in Cincinnati. Turn left onto 6th Street and then right onto Plum Street. Isaac M. Wise Temple will be on your left at 720 Plum St.

Once you reach Alexandria Pike, turn left and continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 6th Street in Cincinnati.
