Start from downtown Henderson, head east on 2nd Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Green Street. Turn left onto Green Street, and follow it as it becomes State Route 351. After approximately 3 miles, you will reach the bridge over the Ohio River. Continue across the bridge, and you will see signs for Henderson Island on your right as you approach the Kentucky 42420 area.

From the Henderson Transit Center, take the bus heading towards the nearest stop on State Route 351. Disembark at the stop closest to the Ohio River Bridge. From there, walk east along State Route 351 towards the bridge. Cross the bridge, and then follow the signs pointing to Henderson Island located in the Kentucky 42420 area.
