Car
From the center of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, head south on the main road (US-68). Continue for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with Mulberry Flat Road. Turn left onto Mulberry Flat Road. Drive for about 2 miles, and you will see the Empire Point Nature Watch Area on your right. There is no parking fee, but be aware of any potential fees for activities or other areas in the recreation area.

Currently, there is limited public transportation available directly to Empire Point Nature Watch Area. The nearest bus service operates from nearby towns to the Land Between the Lakes area. If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus to Cadiz, KY. From there, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Mulberry Flat Road.
