If you are starting from the heart of Old Louisville, such as from the iconic St. James Court, head south on 4th Street. Continue straight until you reach Central Park, then turn left onto Oak Street. Walk along Oak Street until you reach Brook Street. Turn right onto Brook Street, and you will find Toonerville Trolley located at 1215 S Brook St. This walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

From Old Louisville, you can catch the TARC (Transit Authority of River City) bus. Head to the nearest bus stop on 4th Street and take bus number 23 towards the 'Walgreens' stop.
