• Car

  If you're driving, start by heading south on US-421 S from your location in Outer Bluegrass. Continue on US-421 S for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with US-60 E. Turn left onto US-60 E and follow it for about 4 miles. Then, turn right onto Moores Mill Road. Equus Run Vineyards will be approximately 0.5 miles down this road on your left at 1280 Moores Mill Rd, Midway, KY 40347.

  To reach Equus Run Vineyards via public transportation, you will first need to take a local bus from Outer Bluegrass to Lexington. Once in Lexington, transfer to a bus that heads towards Midway. Check the local transit schedules for exact times. After arriving in Midway, it is advisable to use a rideshare app or taxi service to reach Equus Run Vineyards, as it is about 4 miles from downtown Midway. Expect rideshare fares to be around $10-$15.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, biking to Equus Run Vineyards can be a scenic option. Start on the local bike trails heading south towards US-421 S.   Walking to Equus Run Vineyards is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 20 miles) and lack of pedestrian-friendly routes along US-60. However, if you are staying nearby in Midway, you can walk from the downtown area to the vineyard by heading west on Main Street, then turning onto Moores Mill Road. This walk is about 4 miles and should take roughly 1.5 hours.
