If you are starting from the Owensboro Convention Center, head east on E 2nd St. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at 215 E 2nd St, where the Owensboro Mural is located. The mural is on the side of a building, so keep an eye out as you approach.

From Owensboro Transit Center, take Bus Route 1 towards the Eastside. Get off at the 2nd St & Locust St stop. Walk east on E 2nd St for about 2 blocks until you reach 215 E 2nd St. The mural will be on the left side of the street.
