By Car
From Nairobi, drive north on the A2 highway towards Nanyuki. After passing Nanyuki, continue on the A2 until you reach Isiolo. From Isiolo, follow signs towards Samburu National Reserve. The reserve is approximately 5-6 hours drive from Nairobi.
By Public Transportation
Take a bus from Nairobi to Isiolo, which is the nearest major town to Samburu National Reserve. From Isiolo, you can hire a taxi or a matatu (minibus) to take you to the reserve. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they can drop you off at the entrance of the reserve.
