If you are staying in Diani Beach, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head north along Diani Beach Road towards the main highway (Ukunda - Diani Road). Once you reach the junction with Ukunda - Diani Road, turn left and continue straight for about 15 km. Look for signs indicating Mombasa, and keep an eye out for Mount Kenya Road; it will be on your right. Follow Mount Kenya Road until you reach Costo Tours and Adventure Activities, located at the address mentioned.

Walking
Starting from the Diani Beach public beach area, head north along the beach until you reach Diani Beach Road. Cross over to Diani Beach Road and turn left. Walk along the road for approximately 1 km until you reach the junction with Ukunda - Diani Road. From there, continue straight for about 15 km. When you see the sign for Mount Kenya Road, turn right and walk down this road until you arrive at Costo Tours and Adventure Activities.

Public Transport (Matatu)
From any location in Diani Beach, find a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Ukunda. Board the matatu and inform the conductor you want to go to Mombasa. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the Ukunda junction. Get off and look for a matatu heading towards Mombasa. Once on board, you will need to tell the conductor to drop you off at Mount Kenya Road. After getting off, walk down Mount Kenya Road until you arrive at Costo Tours and Adventure Activities.
