Walking
From the main Diani Beach area, head towards the Kongo River. If you're near the Diani Shopping Centre, walk southeast along the Diani Beach Road. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Kongo River. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer. You'll see signs for Estuary Beach Restaurant & Bar along the way. Once you reach the river, the restaurant will be on your left, just by the water's edge.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Diani Beach. Start at the Diani Beach Shopping Centre and cycle southeast along Diani Beach Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will come to a fork. Take the left fork towards Kongo River. Continue cycling along this road until you reach the Kongo River. The Estuary Beach Restaurant & Bar will be on your left, overlooking the river, perfect for a refreshing stop after your ride.

From the main Diani Beach bus stop, take a matatu heading towards Msambweni. Inform the conductor that you are going to Kongo River. The matatu will drop you off near the fork in the road.
