If you are driving, start from Nanyuki town, which is a common entry point to the Eastern Region. Head north on the Nanyuki-Sirimon Road (C77) and then take the A2 road towards Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Continue for about 25 kilometers until you see the entrance to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy on your left. Follow the signs within the conservancy towards Sirikoi, which is located deep within the conservancy. Expect to pay an entrance fee to the conservancy, which is approximately $70 per vehicle.
Public Transportation
To reach Sirikoi using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) or bus from Nanyuki to Isiolo. Once in Isiolo, you will need to hire a private taxi or a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Make sure to arrange for the driver to take you directly to Sirikoi. The cost for the matatu from Nanyuki to Isiolo is around $5, and hiring a taxi to Lewa can range from $30 to $50 depending on negotiation.
Private Shuttle
For a more comfortable option, consider booking a private shuttle service from Nanyuki to Sirikoi. Several companies offer this service, and prices can range from $100 to $150.
