If you are driving, start from Eldoret town and take the Eldoret-Kapsowar Road (A104). Continue on this road for approximately 35 km until you reach the town of Kapsowar. From Kapsowar, take the road towards Nosuguro, which will lead you closer to Devils Island. As you approach Nosuguro, follow the signs for Devils Island, which is located near the coordinates H3RJ+MJJ. Once you reach the lake, you may need to park your car and walk to the island, depending on water levels.

To reach Devils Island via public transportation, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Eldoret to Kapsowar. The fare is approximately 150 KES and the journey takes around 1.5 hours. Once in Kapsowar, you can find another matatu heading towards Nosuguro (fare approximately 100 KES). Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Devils Island. From there, you may need to walk to the lake, which is approximately 3 km away. Be prepared for a short hike depending on the terrain.
