Car
If you're driving from Iten, head south on the A104 road towards Eldoret. After about 12 kilometers, take the exit to the B56 road towards Kapsowar. Continue on the B56 for about 14 kilometers until you reach a junction. Turn left at the junction and follow the signs for Mwamba Ostrich Farm. The farm is located at coordinates 0.6338379, 35.0283757. Make sure to use a GPS or map service for precise navigation.

Public Transportation
From Iten, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Eldoret. Inform the driver that you are going to Mwamba Ostrich Farm. The fare should be around 100 KES. Get off at the junction where the B56 road meets the A104. From there, you can either walk approximately 2 kilometers to the farm or look for a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to the farm for about 50-100 KES.
