If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Iten, which is a central point in the Elgeyo Escarpment. Head northeast on the B4 road towards Kaiboi. Continue on this road for approximately 14 kilometers until you reach the sign for Kaiboi. Once you reach Kaiboi, turn left onto a local road towards 9XRH+64F, which is the location of Tabolwa Rock. Drive for about 2 kilometers, and you will find parking areas near the rock formation.

To reach Tabolwa Rock using public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Iten to Kaiboi. The ride will take around 30 minutes and cost approximately 100-150 KES. Once you arrive in Kaiboi, you may need to hire a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) or walk to the location. Inform the boda boda driver to take you to 9XRH+64F, Tabolwa Rock, which is about 2 kilometers from the main road. The boda boda fare should be around 50-100 KES.
