Matatu
From any central location in Kisumu, head to the Matatu stage near Kenyatta Sports Ground. Look for a Matatu heading to Nyalenda or Dunga. The fare is typically around 50-100 KES. Inform the conductor you are going to Dunga Hill Camp. The Matatu will drop you at the Nyalenda junction. From here, you can ask locals for directions or walk towards Dunga Hill Camp, which is approximately a 15-minute walk straight ahead.

Bicycle Hire
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Kisumu. Cycle towards Nyalenda, following the main road (Kisumu-Nairobi road). After about 4 km, you will see signs for Dunga Hill Camp. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the Nyalenda junction, follow the pedestrian path leading to Dunga Hill Camp, which is about a 15-minute walk from the junction.

Walking
If you're near the Kisumu city center, you can also walk to Dunga Hill Camp. Head southwest towards the Kisumu-Nairobi Road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk towards Nyalenda. You will walk for about 4 km. After approximately 1 hour of walking, you will reach the Nyalenda junction. From there, ask locals for the best walking path to Dunga Hill Camp, which is a short distance ahead.
