From the Kisumu Railway Station, rent a bicycle and head towards the city center. Cycle along Oginga Odinga Street until you reach the junction with Kisumu-Bomet Road. Turn left onto Kisumu-Bomet Road and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Ja Nam Lounge is located on your left at WQ32+6V9. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
